Portfolio
The learners’ portfolio will be reviewed to ensure all completions have occurred and this is collated on a Summary of achievement. A summative IQA will occur to ensure the standards have been met a compliance occurred.
Exit interview
Upon the successful completion of the learning programme within the given timeframe the learner will complete an exit interview with an assessor, part of which will consider the opportunities for progression; academically and career prospects. Comments from the employer and the assessor will also be recorded at this interview.
Declaration
The declaration process is a formal series of statements relating to the learning programme and will be managed by the assessor. These occur once the programme is complete a full certification cannot be processed until these are completed.
Certificates
All certificates for each achieved qualification will be collated by Alert Training UK Ltd and then be formally issued to the learner. This will signify the end of that learning programme.
