The Role:
We are looking for an Apprentice Manager to go through an intensive training programme to be ready for a full management role on completion.
Training programme will consist of rotations in the three main areas of the business: Bar, Floor and Kitchen. This will give you the experience and understanding of these areas, covering all aspects faced by the staff working within these areas.
You will also perform numerous supervisory and managerial functions, including:
- Cash handling
- Ordering
- Seating and greeting
- Shift leadership
Working week: 5 days- straight shifts including evening and weekends.
Total hours per week: 40.00

The Boathouse cafe and restaurant is positioned in a great location overlooking Christchurch Quay on the banks of the river Stour.

Future prospects
