CIEH L1 Award in Food Safety
The CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety is suitable for a variety of candidates, including those who want to gain an understanding of food safety for their personal development, new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work front of house, such as waiting or check out staff, as well as back of house such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.
- Food Safety (food hygiene, hazards, responsibilities)
- Personal Hygiene
- On completing this qualification candidates will gain a firm grasp of the importance of food safety.
- They will have the confidence and expertise to ensure that food is safe. Refreshment of this qualification is recommended at least every 3 years.
Half day (3 Hrs).
On successful completion of the course and examination, candidates will receive a CIEH Certificate.
